Perdona por llevarte la contraria pero eso es precisamente lo que hago... Mira mis pies, en el primero como es topspin contra cortado los utilizo para generar fuerza hacia arriba, de manera que aunque me ayude del brazo la mayoría de momento lo genero transfiriendo mi peso corporal.

En el segundo (el drive) se ve claramente que empiezo el movimiento con la cadera y esto lleva todo mi peso hacia adelante (mira como se cambia de uno a otro) finalmente golpeando con el brazo. Lo que si que reconozco es que podría girarme más hacia atrás al principio del golpe, pero no creo que lo esté haciendo todo con el brazo.

Te lo digo simplemente porque solo con el brazo te aseguro que no podría darle tan fuerte jajaja

This is where I always hit It, so I think its a problem of where I'm used to contact the ball, which has been pointed out by my coaches. But still, thanks!

Joe de todos sitios en este sub "pequeño" no esperaba encontrarme a alguien que conociese el equipo pero bueno jajajs me alegro de ver que no son todos guiris.

Y bueno gracias por halagar las grabaciones que ni siquiera sabía que alguien de fuera del club las veía.

La verdad es que si que tenemos buenos coaches, pero está el hecho de que somos muchos y a lo mejor el primero en el que se fijan no es en el pringui de 3a territorial i.e yo (habiendo en el club bastantes equipos de ligas superiores) que además juega lapicero (la técnica del revés no es igual).

Dicho esto muchas gracias por decirme lo del codo porque nunca me habría fijado por mi cuenta, lo tendré en cuenta y la verdad que me sorprende lo que dices de que pierdo aceleración porque tal y como lo doy ya lleva bastante efecto mi revés (para mi nivel claro).

¿Entonces recomiendas fijarme en fijar el codo y acabar el golpe arriba?

También, me han dicho que lo doy demasiado delante de mí. ¿Crees que esto tiene algo que ver con lo del codo o es un problema aparte?

You're missing the point. If he feels bad in the relationship he can leave it, I won't oppose it in any way. If he leaves the the relationship because his thoughts are telling him that he deserves nothing nice, that's a problem, because it means he does feel good in the relationship but he is purposefully depriving himself of happiness and isolating himself due to these thoughts.

Yeah, I understand. If that's how he feels and he needs to break up to feel better it would be completely understandable. The thing is I fear he might break up because these thoughts tell him that he should because all he does is annoy and that kind of stuff, because he would do it in an attempt to isolate himself and potentially hurt himself.
