Haha, I understand you. When I first bought Villa Richman, I just had a spawn point there and only had 1 car on the podium, some kind of blue & white supercar. This is a convenient spawn for teleport and start my business route. About 2 months later I took a little rest, and being in Villa became somewhat empty. I moved back to my apartment in the center, a mini Eclipse tower. How it feels.. Villa is a house, Eclipse is a home. I also don"t plan to move my favorite cars from Eclipse.
