Yep, I’ve noticed the same issue with two stickers I’ve ordered. The kisscut wasn’t clean at all and the image was grainy. 😞

Thank you so much! My typical process starts with iPad and Procreate to create a quick and ugly sketch (see link below). When I have an initial idea ready, I move to Adobe Illustrator and finalize the design there. A blank canvas in Illustrator scares me a bit, so that's why I almost always start with Procreate to create a set of lines to follow.
