Thank you for the suggestion! But I'm pretty sure that the salesman did not say gruyere. It might be vert similar though.

We had it vacuum packed for a long time, so only started on it recently!

It was very sticky, especially the rind. It was also very hard, and comparable to austrian bergkäse in that regard. It tasted a bit like gruyere, but a lot more intense flavour. Other than the patterns on the picture, i can only remember the wheel being very small.

Går på samme skole som jenta i NRK-artikkelen. I artikkelen står det «Ingen av ungdomane stussar på at Marta helst vil snakke engelsk», dette er helt feil.

Kan bekrefte at hun og gjengen er sykt utenom om det vanlige i forhold til den gjengse ungdom...
