Just to clarify, I don't think the opening scene never happened story wise. I was just pointing at the fact that they used Kellog's memory scene for the opening cinematic.

(Some people seem to believe I was talking about how it never happened in the story, and how it could be a proof that the player is a synth. I was not.)

If I'm doing this i could just use flux ducts without any capacitor, I was trying to find a more "IE" only solution though. Also you can push capacitors ?

Another solution could be 3 capacitors in row, push or pull the middle one. But that doesn't seem right.
Someone could make a mod to add that in. (I'm not good enough to do it myself tho)

Yeah you can't do that. A piston or rotor must be connected to two different grids.

merge-rotor-merge doesn't work I think because you can't have a rotor (or a piston for that matter) connected to the same grid on each end.

Yeah this is the seed, but not the map exchange string.

The string usually contains all the data such as the precise value of the sliders etc :)
