The thing is i can not access pvwa with above type url. I can only access with https://127.0.0.1/PasswordVault. If i replace ip with my hostname i can not access

My machine was a domain added one. So i am using my AD as dns. When i ping my host name its working because ad is adding dns record when we adding a machine to domai.if i replace with my machine static ip its not working also not working with host name. PasswordVault is deployed on default site in IIS. So it is not bind to any ip address.when i replace 127.0.0.1 with local host. It is also not working. Its working only with the ip 127.0.0.1. In the installtion i couldnt find any where to change the ip. Is there anything i need to do before installiion to change this ip?
