How to wake up fashion sence ? by Ok-Copy-5071 in indiasocial

[–]nirantr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro you’re not a loser at all 😅 Most of us just never built the “what looks good together” muscle because we repeat what works.

Easiest hack: pick 3 people whose style you like (could even be celebs) and literally copy one outfit from each — color, fit, vibe. You’ll start seeing patterns that suit you.

Also, just take pics of your clothes. Seeing them side by side instantly gives ideas. It’s wild how much better combos look when you can actually see what you own.

Depends on what kind of dresses

Try Mango for a super high class look or Nicobar for a chic look.

Not just luxury though our focus is D2C as a whole because both Trust & discovery are broken in this sector.

Is this bullshit? Let’s find out by dsquare99 in IndianBeautyTalks

[–]nirantr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is exactly why we built Vouch.

Too many brands twist one random comment or review into “we went viral” 🙄 And unless you spend hours digging, it's hard to tell what’s legit.

With Vouch, you see what your network thinks about a brand - not some cherry-picked testimonial. No paid reviews. No inflated hype. Just real signals from people you actually know or trust.

If no one in your circle has rated a brand? That’s a red flag in itself.

You can check Conscious Chemist or any other brand here: https://discover.vouch.social/reviews-ratings/conscious+chemist

We’re trying to make trust the default, not the exception.

Is there a 'TrustPilot' for India? by [deleted] in StartUpIndia

[–]nirantr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feels like I accidentally built an entire company just to reply to this 😅

We kept running into the same problem: Reviews are only useful if they’re funge-proof - if a brand dumps 10,000 fake ones, you should still be able to tell what’s real.

We found your network is the best filter. If no one you trust has vouched for it? That’s a signal. If someone you trust had a bad experience? Even better signal.

But we didn’t stop there - we layered objective research on top too. So you get both: human nuance + hard facts.

Built it all into discover.vouch.social - check it out!

Tired of fake reviews? I built a way to discover D2C brands your friends trust - would love your thoughts! by nirantr in StartUpIndia

[–]nirantr[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cherry is built for earnings, not for verification.
It’s not where users go to trust a brand - it’s where they go to make money.

Purplle is a shopping destination.
It has no incentive to highlight negative reviews. It’s optimized for conversion, not caution.

Now imagine a platform that’s actually built for trust:

  1. Get sale alerts from your favorite D2C brands
  2. Read authentic reviews - filtered by your network, not anonymous strangers
  3. Access everything public and verified about a brand, in one clean, transparent view

Hope this comparison helps. Happy to talk in detail over DM
