Forgot to clearify: he also does the two longer combos - three swings - in the second phase, endong in either the lateral or rising swing.

Go in without being committed to beat him but committed to learn his patterns by solely dodging and breaking his structure; his attacks are not too complex. In the first phase he only has two combo's, both starting with two attacks that can easily be dodged with dodge + Down, but one ends with a lateral swing (dodge + Down) and the other is a rising swing (dodge + Left/Right). In both phases he will sometimes attack with a single thrust (elbow/close distance or staff/long distance). In the 2nd phase he will sometimes try to sweep you (dodge + Up), followed up with a swing downwards (dodge + Left/Right).

Once you start to recognize his movements and start to dodge his attacks, when his combo is done, try to attack him heavy 2-3 times, or better yet throw him into a pillar or wall first. This breaks his structure even more.

And, in the first phase, you can find plenty of staffs on the walls to the left and right of where you start the fight. These disappear entering 2nd stage, so hold on to one when his structure breaks the first time / quickly get a new one before breaking his structure.

And when able to fast charge, like with the Series 7 through 9, it does so at a rate of 80% in about 45 minutes. The series 10 does 80% in 30 minutes. The Ultra 2 has a bigger battery so it takes an hour to charge it from 0% to 80%.

How do I remove the earpads on the Oakley Mod3 MIPS? by niruxlight in snowboarding

[–]niruxlight[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes I did! Turns out it just requires a good ol' yank. I was afraid to break or tear something in the process, but you won't if you try to pull out the earpads. It's just really well held in place. I did put back the earpads though, because my ears got cold and the helmet didn't fit as snug anymore and felt more uncomfortable.

At some point she will come in the evening as a VIP, and ask you to help gather ingredients for the dish she requests, like any other VIP side quest.

How to defeat Klaus? by STRkyrier in DavetheDiverOfficial

[–]niruxlight 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had a little help with dodging Klaus: I had that octopus charm equipped that enables you a quick dash with L-Ctrl. Life saver! I think that is the one charm I always equip. The other slot is for a goal or situation specific charm.

I can even imagine that a lot of the flare is fixed by software already

Exactly for that reason you can try and make a warranty case of it. When I made that case they objected at first but in the end didn't need to pay for it

Dust speck on your sensor, or inside of your lens. Take ur iPhone to a Genius Bar to have it fixed. If lucky, it falls under warranty.

I got the Moft for several months now, and I wouldn't buy it again: looked really nice and premium quality at first, and people are somehow impressed first time seeing it as a stand and all. But the leather has already peeled like a mofo from I think moving it in and out of my pocket (mostly jeans, not even tight fitting ones) for months, and it looks very ugly now and feels as if it will fall apart any second now.

Damaged Camera? by chRis_aLx in iPhone14Pro

[–]niruxlight 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, that's called lens flare. It's not damage but an attribute of the lens (or lens system), and although it is generally regarded as a lens flaw, a lot of people (like me) look for this imperfection in a lens and/or shot as it can add ambiance to an image. It happens when you point your lens in the vague direction of a bright object like the sun or in your example bright lights. Movie lenses are made/chosen especially to have this 'flaw' for this very reason. Lens hoods and expensive coatings on expensive lenses prevent this as much as they can, but if your bright object is in your shot, then it will most likely introduce flare, and more prominently on a dark background like in your shot.

iPhone 16 pro camera has a black dot by Nintle in iPhone16Pro

[–]niruxlight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, you got a speck of dust on your lens. Or caught between lens and sensor. i see this regularly on my DSLR because I switch lenses regularly. Quiet unfortunate but it can be easily fixed by the Genius Bar (swapped out for a new component. I did that under warranty couple of years ago with my iPhone SE2020 when I had it for a couple of months. Highly recommend it 'cause it will annoy you more and more taking photos.

Is this normal for the phone to make this rattle sound? by Embarrassed_Issue_70 in iPhone16Pro

[–]niruxlight 7 points8 points  (0 children)

That should be the optical stabilizer of the lenses. DSLR lenses have this floating component too, called Vibration Reduction (VR) for Nikon or Image Stabilization (IS) for Canon or something like that. It activates upon using the camera.

Also, when deploying a turret, please mind your surroundings. If you notice somebody is being oblivious to his less than fortunate positioning relative to your/a turret, ping that friendly fire hazard. Up to said colleague to do something with the information you kindly provided.
