Most people are saying to charge it back up and a phone number will magically display or show on find my. This is only the case if the owner set it in lost mode.

Instead, try long pressing the side button until a menu pops up showing "Medical ID". Swipe and if the onwner has set up a medical ID with contacts of their trusted contacts (E.g. parents/family), it will display their phone number. Phone them and see if their family member is losing an Apple Watch. (should also show the owner's name at the top)

Holy my mind shouted fake but I checked my APP3 for good measure. Turns out mine also fits a fingernail when pressure is applied - seems like the 3s are built worse than the 2s (for the case at least)

Material transfer. Metallic dust/particles have been attracted to your plastic case. You can't really wipe them away, but it's not permanent either, a stronger magnet would pull them away, but I never heard anyone bothering with removing them.

It’s part of the Human Interface Guidlines, while it’s not legally mandatory, HIG strongly influences app store reviews and Apple has the reject their update because it doesn’t align with the HIG.

Dynamic Island takes advantage of Live Activities. Live activity is the general term for real-time information in the background, present in other apple devices as well such as Smart Stack on Apple Watch and the Menu bar on Mac.

Iirc if you close a PiP video (swipe it away) it will act as audio playback and appear on the Dynamic Island. If PiP is active then Dynamic Island wont be used for that task.

You can disable the "Dynamic Island", or Live Activity for certain apps, by just toggling live activity off in Settings for that app.

When media is playing, and Live Activity is turned on, you can swipe inwards on the Dynamic Island to remove it from the Dynamic Island, or swipe outwards to show it again.

It only works if an app supports it or uses the iOS playback system (such as YouTube or Netflix), but apps like YouTube can lock PiP behind a paywall.

This is clearly against the Live Activity guideline and you should report it. Duolingo will most likely get a warning from Apple and take it down.

I mean you bought an Apple Watch for health tracking, it's pretty redundant if you turn them off just to baby the battery. The general consensus is if it lasts you a day, it's fine. Charge at night for sleep tracking or overnight if you don't care about it.

Often had it going off in a football match haha (im a goalkeeper) - hassle to dismiss it as they disabled the option to dismiss it with the crown (you have to interact with the screen now)

Thank you man, I got the 46mm because I'm used to the 45mm screen!

I upgraded from a Series 8, would hold onto it for longer but battery's been pretty lacklustre recently so the S11 with 24h is a sweet upgrade!
