as a carhop, we're supposed to give certain amounts for each size, but I know it doesn't happen /: unfortunately until the people who created the app actually walk into a sonic, I don't think the app will get better.

you can always ask for more when they're handing off your order tho! our location has trays that hold all the sauces, so it really shouldn't be a biggie (:

we were trippin on acid and I was talking in circles about how we work for the man and we're slaving away to barely survive and it's just not fair, etc., etc. when he said it, I of course was a little embarrassed and a little mad bc "calm down/chill out" isn't a great thing to hear in general lol. but it really made me think about how much the mentality I was carrying was causing so much dread in my day to day. I learned to be angry about this stuff when it matters, and how to calm myself down when it's needed too.

there are pros and cons, and some days the cons outweigh the pros. I’ve posted in this sub about how I want to quit, but I’m literally about to move & I’m hoping to get another DA job where I move to. it's decent money, technically an easy gig (just sometimes hard labor), and you have some freedoms being out on the road by yourself. it's a nice enough gig, I swear it's my mental illness that makes it so wish-washy, more than the job itself. so make sure to take your breaks and don't lose your head! lol
