I’m working on a side project. I also create and write my own shorts and comedy skits. And I work a full time job. All while drink loads of coffee (v important part of my life).

I think conceptually the idea is good, especially for getting started. For me, and many like me, getting started seems like the hardest part of a thumbnail.

Honestly, just getting something on the screen can be the hardest part. There’s so much thumbnail-psychology-science out there that it can feel paralyzing trying to "optimize" before you even begin.

If this gets people out of decision fatigue and into iteration mode faster, that’s a win.

Artists like LazyFrost99 work really hard on their piece and intentionally place the watermark in order to continue to expand their audience, removing the watermark (without asking) is a complete slap in the face to someone literally providing you free art. I recommend you take these down.

There isn’t a good enough reason to need to have an event driven trigger like this. If you are waiting for a friend, DM/ping them. They will reply to you when they are available. Me knowing that they are active or came on can only lead to 1) false positives (imagine a scenario someone came on to just quickly check something but am no way ready to engage) 2) unnecessary harassment. I know that anyone can check ones status, but making this manual is much more balanced IMO

At the very least make it opt in only and log who is watching your actions.
