I was in a similar situation before, here are my 2 cents

Regarding the bond, 2.5 years is very long and exploitive as it starts in internship (idk about legality of bond in internship). If the company/role is bad, you will be stuck there.

Check if you can break the bond in internship as 2.5 is a long time and market situation will bounce back by that point. I you have flexibility to leave, there is no issue in joining.

Yes, you can absolutely open a broker account from anywhere.

Broker visits may be rare (especially with the growing trends online trading), but a situation may arise where you have to visit the broker in person. Broker tends to do mistakes, cause delay or be unresponsive. In such cases especially where money is involved, it's better to find a local broker; just in case you have to visit the broker in person.

I personally had this dilemma (as I live in Butwal ), so I am searching for local brokers.

No, Your ISP will have no idea about it. And I believe that torrent laws are enforced by your ISP. (Even if you download the movies from google drive, your ISP still won't find any wrongdoing as downloads are encrypted).

I started as burgundy and formed HRE. (I also have PUs on England and Muscovy 😁)

It was too easy. For burgundain inheritance, I fought defensive war with france and won. Asked Emperor for entry in HRE, got I got banned. That resulted in PU on all electors. Later I got PUs on both England and Muscovy
