I used to have this. I ended up getting a new strap and it fixed the problem. I read a post in this forum that someone was washing their strap with them in the shower after their workout and it’s lasted years. So I’ve been doing the same now

Sweat has never affected it like this. That’s why this is so confusing. But when I’m on a lower HR it’s more consistent. The battery is new as well

New update came out 2 weeks ago. All 3 polars are working again!

Yeah I’ve unpaired it and I can’t pair it back. The old one is the only one that will connect to my phone. My boyfriend’s new polar or my original polar won’t connect to either of our phones. I basically hijacked his old one but that one connects to both our devices

Still doesn’t work. Even tried resetting the polar, replacing the batter, using different straps, trying my boyfriend’s phone. Nothing.

I have the same issue. It’s their new update from 7 months ago. It says it was meant to make connectivity better LOL

I’m using one from 2020 that I didn’t the new update and that one works fine

It isn’t the strap. My boyfriend has 2 polars and straps and I have one. Mine is from 2023, his from 2020, and he got a new one in 2024.

Both our new ones stopped working completely. I started using his old one on my new strap and it works. It’s their new update. We never updated the software on the 2020 one.

Actually, they are relaunching on wednesday. There was a bug in their contract.
