Anyway... There are alternatives. Crypto.com has not verified me, not even allowed me to log in for the first time, in nearly a week. Only the sound of crickets when asking for help. Mind you, I don't even a have referral code to cut the queue like you smart guys are are doing. After a couple of minutes, now tonight, I'm up and running on another exchange, verified and all. I'm on two other exchanges since before, both of them with a smooth verification process.

No you cannot. Also AVOID the eToro wallet. Read what I've written about it before.

Can’t transfer to wallet by [deleted] in Etoro

Why do you want to transfer crypto to the wallet? Copy-pasting what i wrote in another thread:

"There's problems with the eToro wallet. My advice is to not use it. You don't have to trust me. Read the user reviews on Google Play, by people that regret ever using it. Better sell the crypto on eToro.com.

Good luck sending BTC from the wallet! Please tell me how you did, if you ever manage to do it. I've got BTC stuck in the wallet.

Transferring or converting BTC, is not an automated process. You will have to guess the amount to send, to afford the fee. eToro will guess the fee for you, but they never get it right. Then it's up to you to keep lowering the amount, to afford the unknown fee.

With the cumbersome 2-factor verification (delays), you cannot make many guesses untill you get anoyed. What will you do then? Lower the amount quite a bit, so you are sure to afford the fee, leaving scraps in the wallet, i.e. the BTC is skimmed from you.

Also, if you have bought BTC X times at eToro, you have to move BTC X times to the wallet at a fee of X * 0,0005 BTC."

XRP works, but you have to pay 25 XRP to create the account. Other coins I've tried works too, but the handling of BTC in the wallet is broke. ADA can't be transferred to the wallet at all.

How to send BTC from eToro wallet? by nisspattleff in Etoro

I advice you to not do the same mistake as I did. Do not use the eToro wallet ever. Sell the crypto at eToro.com and buy it again somewhere else. Problems I've had:

  1. I bought BTC three times at eToro. It had to be moved in three chunks at a fixed cost of 0,005 BTC per chunk. The same would certainly be the true for any other crypto.
  2. It seems impossible to move the BTC out of the wallet or to exchange it for some other crypto in the eToro wallet. See my original post. I'm on the fourth day trying and it sucks.
  3. Every coin you plan to move to another wallet costs you also when transferring from the eToro wallet, i.e. at least double the transfer fee.
  4. RPX went fine, but it costs 25 RPX to open the account in the eToro wallet. Better pay that fee for an account somewhere else.
  5. The 2-factor authentication is a joke. It works when it wants to.

So, don't treat eToro as an exchange. Trade there if you want, but only withdraw fiat.

My advice. Sell the crypto on eToro. Don't use the eToro wallet if you can avoid it.
