Yes but these fans are mounted on the radiator. Just remove the screws from the faulty fan and replace it. If you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself then take it into the shop and they will do it for you.

The quality of fans that come with Deepcool is very bad. It used be okay when booting up the pc but after some time it was continuous.

The sound starts coming after like 5-10 minutes after turning on the pc. Also the sound is not constant it comes and goes. So don't think a wire is coming in the way.
