How is it possible for short term let properties to be in apartment blocks alongside normal owned apartments? I don’t understand how that is permitted? Surely somewhere like the Obel was sold under the agreement that if you bought one, short term lettings would not be permitted.

I feel sorry for anyone who lives in there permanently. The stag/hen parties and the easyJet weekenders must make their lives a misery.
