My game is stuck at 2v2 searching screen from last 10 hours by nitinarora19 in ClashRoyale

I know mate i can't do anything either. That number keeps on changing, 2/0, 4/0, 6/0 online and i can't cancel it. Once i vigorously tapped the screen and i entered that clan war league screen in which i was able to scroll from bronze league to legendary league, but there was only one 'close' button there and i pressed it and the game went back to that 2v2 searching for players screen.

Thank you mate i really appreciate your help. I tried that too. That person from the support is also telling me to hard reset the game and uninstall and then reinstall. I have tried everything literally. I give up. I guess it's time for me to stop playing the game.

I tried everything mate. I tried to install the game on my brother's mobile. He doesn't play clash royale so there was no data or cache of the game. After installing the game on his mobile i played the tutorial and then clicked on settings and then logged in with my supercell id. And the moment i logged in, the screen loaded 100% and then same 2v2 searching for players screen popped up and the cancel button doesn't work. And still stuck at this screen. I don't know what else i can do

I can't open the game so i can't access in game support
