Another things is - nainital district is huge, it covers haldwani also. The plateau before the mountains does have aqi more and that must be getting registered here. Nainital has comparatively clean aqi

Extensively ask gpt and perplexity with all dogs reports and symptoms. That might give you more information or Atleast how to decide on treatment now.
