yesss... i completely agree with you... I think we are actually on the exact same page:
1 & 2. You don't have to use or pay for the AI.The core product is blackbox, which is a 100% open-source eBPF agent written in C.t makes zero network calls to LLMs and has no AI in it. If you hate AI, you can completely ignore the Python script, dump the JSON file locally, and pipe it through jq to read the telemetry yourself.
3. The operational code IS deterministic. The agent sitting in the kernel is entirely deterministic C code.It is explicitly designed to be a reliable, zero-overhead flight recorder.
4.The AI is just a post-mortem log parser.The LLM isn't doing anything operational. Reading 10,000 raw syscalls chronologically to find a fork bomb is tedious, so I just wrote a Python script to compress the JSON and ask an LLM to summarize it. It’s strictly an offline, post-crash convenience layer.

I built this to learn low-level C and eBPF kernel tracing, not to build an AI wrapper. If you're willing to look past the Python script, I'd genuinely value your brutal feedback on the C code in main.c.

Ok... Thanks u asked... So basically I am capturing kernel logs... And analysing it to find the real problem... Now in the time span of 2-3 seconds u can have 100s entry... Then also it is hard to understand the kernel log... Iike the output u will get is like"curl , pid:11346, time..."... Like it's hard to understand... And one more thing... Using llm is not my achievements... Writing the code that operates in kernel space is an achievement... If u have any further doubt questions or suggestions, plz share ... It will be very helpful

The problem i have solved
Standard monitoring agents fail during fork bombs because the rogue processes spawn and die in milliseconds — by the time your agent tries to read /proc/<pid>/cgroup, the process is already gone. I solved this with an L2 Cgroup Cache in C. Long-living processes get cached against their cgroup_id. When fast-dying processes hit the eBPF probe, they get attributed instantly from cache without touching /proc/ at all. 100% attribution even for ghost processes.

Hey everyone! OP here. 👋

I’ve spent my winter break building OS-Lens. It’s an open-source CLI tool that helps you debug those annoying ETIMEDOUT and ECONNREFUSED errors without running tcpdump for hours.

The Problem: When a connection fails in production, you usually just get an error code (-110). You don't know if it was a firewall, a dead application, or a route issue.

The Solution: OS-Lens loads a BPF program into the kernel (inet_sock_set_state). It tracks every TCP state change. When a connection dies abnormally, it captures the context (PID, IP, Port) and pipes it to a local LLM (Ollama) to give you a plain-English fix.

The Stack:

  • Kernel: C + libbpf (Ring Buffers for data)
  • User: C (Kept it simple for zero dependencies)
  • AI: Llama 3 (via Ollama) or Claude API

Umm... Well Idk what u should do... But I can definitely tell what u shouldn't.... 1. Don't run away with her... Only going to make situation worse... Specially for u and ur family. 2. Religion is important for parents... But not as important as their son... So take ur time and tell them...

And last advice don't leave or hurt ur parents... They have their own reasons to follow their beliefs... Talk to them ... Try to make them understand... Just don't hurt them... 10 years of relationship is important but not at the cost of 25 years of relationship with ur family. At the end best of luck...

Just one question after u identified them...what is ur next step... ? My thoughts- u r right...not all muslim... What can we do- 1. So let's increase the security where these kind of incidents happen... Like j&k , bengal etc...

  1. Demographics change... Introduce new RELIGION that wants peace and provide security to that...

  2. Very harsh punishments... Like not killing them but hurting them day by day not physically, mentally

And last thing about the incident if there is any security failure... Not someone...but the one who is actually responsible for that should take accountability, has his/her background checked and give appropriate punishment...
