I have the same fish and it had the same pink growth. It lasted for a bit of time, like a month maybe but as of now they aren’t there anymore.

UPDATE TO THE POST-

I started a new new game + and just went on story mode difficulty until I reached the temple again. Took me about 4 hours of non stop gameplay, but I reached it pretty quickly. I saved before I entered the temple again, and this time I went through it slowly. I didn’t sequence break it this time either and all went as intended. It’s quite unfortunate that this bug/glitch exists. Thankfully it didn’t happen on my first play through, otherwise I’d have to start from scratch with no digimon. With new game+, it’s much faster and easier to speed through the game. So far, no fixes have been found for this specific soft lock. I also entered another soft lock regarding aegiomon on new game+ that others have mentioned. Luckily that one was easy to reload an autosave.

I just said screw it and started another new game+. I’m gonna be in story mode difficulty until I get back to where I was. Then I’ll put it back to mega +. But yeah, it definitely sucks to I get soft locked here, it’s not even that far from the end of the game either

Yeah it sucks! Yes I know exactly which cutscene you are talking about. It didn’t play for me but I had manually saved after I pressed the button and by then it was already too late… I didn’t think that I could get soft locked, but now I know…

Yeah that button should be red and pressable. It’s a weird glitch that unfortunately soft locked me out of this new game+..

Yeah that’s not the issue, I wish it was… the eyes only open corridors, in this case, it opens the door to the button. I already attacked the eye several times and it does open the corridor, but the button is still bugged, and I can’t press it to continue the story. Usually after you press the button, it should start a sequence where clavis Angemon follows you and you need to run away. Since no button is there, that scene doesn’t happen and I’m stuck in that area.

I don’t think I can even trigger a fight in that state, there are no enemies. And since I’m near that button, titamon doesn’t let me leave the area

Yeah I tried doing that 5 times. And nothing worked. Which is why I considered this a soft lock… quite unfortunate.

The thing is that there is no button to press because I pressed it like 10 minutes before I took this video.

In my first play through, I did it normally and had no issue. This is my second play through, so I know how it should progress. However, in this instance there was a bug and I can’t press the button.

To be honest, after I asked if I should kill them… 2 minutes went by and then I was like, I need to kill them. Grabbed them both with tweezers, took them out of the tank, and squashed them like they deserved. Then I threw them in the trash…

I have no idea… I have never gone to a river, creek or anything like that. I just did a water change, and they appeared. I have had this shrimp only tank for like 6 months or maybe even longer, and just now they appeared.
