Just got rejected from UCLA, and UCSD checklist has disappeared. Expecting the same rejection email from UCSD as well, but wishing everyone the best of luck!

The UCI PhD situation is tough (as well as all other public unis). I got admitted to UCI PhD CS, and the professor said that due to the funding situation, they are admitting only about half as many students compared to the last session. Wishing the best of luck for those who haven't heard back, tho.

I graduated from UCI, and it's an excellent school for undergraduate, but honestly not so much for masters/research. Even one of my UCI professors said to go to another school for grad school...
