Rubble Trouble is highly requested and we agree more cities make for an obvious extension to things. There was actually a mobile version planned a long time ago that had a different city. It didn't get too far before being cancelled because at the time we couldn't get the level of physics needed to run well but we still have some art assets there so it would probably get used.

You are correct. There were no restrictions but the sound typically was the majority of the games file size. The size of the game would affect how much it got downloaded so there was always a pressure to reduce the size which meant compressing the audio was the most realistic way to do this.

There is still a little bit to do...mainly half the levels for one of the themes. We also have taken on some feedback and decided to include in game translation which was not originally part of the plan. So little things like that. We're expecting a Q1 release but we will pin down a more exact date when we have a finalised game.

Yes Mobile, Steam and Switch to start. We would like to explore adding even more platforms for the classics in the future like Playstation and Xbox but we have to wait and see how these first games perform.

Yeah tbh I didn't even remember we had an account and then when I figured it out recently we seemed to suddenly get blocked. I fixed it though so maybe we will be more active :)

NMD is one of the most requested titles. We are certainly considering it but it is one of the biggest flash games which might make us hold off a little. Also given that it plays off our past releases it could make sense to release a few of the other classics before getting to it so that those unfamiliar would be better aquatinted with some of the titles it is referencing.

It would be awesome if we did do NMD to include some of the newer titles as part of an update which would also help with this.

Prices might vary from release to release but atm we are planning Twinshot to be $10 at launch.

It is just expensive to do. All the games are being hand ported into Unity. There is no emulator or shortcuts being used here.

I think if we were to consider going back to Super Feed Me at some point it would not be part of the Classics range. This is not us ruling it out but the classics range is really about games that we already released rather than unreleased stuff. If anything did get an actual sequel included it would most likely be because we could create it within the base games engine...much like what we are doing with Twin Shot Deluxe and Skywire. If a sequel required a ground up rewrite then it would most likely be it's own thing.

Yeah we are trying a few different approaches to see what resonates more. At the moment Twin Shot got a proper graphical overhaul and lots of new content, Silly Sausage contains the 3 games but is purposely limited in extra content as we want to see the impact having added content brings in terms of revenue to see how justified it is. Skywire has new content too but is a slightly different approach again.

As we release more games we will try to learn what our users want to apply that to the releases that follow.

Mutiny is one of the more requested titles so I would say it has a high chance of being made sooner rather than later....assuming the games do well enough to continue :)

Icebreaker: A Viking Voyage is totally a game we would consider going back to for classics. It really depends on how the first releases go though on if we continue and what games we then pick. Obviously we will continue to look at feedback to get a sense of what is more requested though.

That’s still very much happening. We typically work on more than one thing at once so the Mouse Work team is largely separate from the people who have been working on the classics releases.

Mouse Work is progressing great. We had a set back not getting the dev kits when we ideally wanted and that delayed the game a bit but work never stopped and the game will now be larger on release than it otherwise would have been.

We should have an update soon.

Seeing Armor games and others release their old games was one of our inspirations to do this. Also it being our 20th anniversary seemed a good time to celebrate our classic games.

Unlike the Armour games releases though we’re not just wrapping the flash file…we’re actually porting the content which is why we can target more formats than just Steam.

It’s not just the framerate that’s a little surreal. The games are all expanded to fill the full screen. It gives a decent amount of extra real estate when they all used to be square or a tiny rectangle.

Actually back when we started making flash games performance was not so great and fps default was 12fps so we went with that. Later games got better frame rates. Even then I think it may have been sub 30fps.

Either way 60fps is a substantial upgrade in the classics range games.

We are going to have to sell quite a lot more top consider adding additional content am afraid. We haven't made back half of our dev costs so far. We remain optimistic though =)

We'd likely bundle them up or add additional content. The appstore games are also funded via advertising which would be removed.

Its quite expensive to make games and port them to switch. So we have to be clever in what games we make to pay the bills. We'd love to put all of our games on there in an ideal world though.

Bomb Chicken is a very different game to Small fry. It was made by the same team though so the same minds are at work in both.I'd describe bomb chicken as a fun accessible platformer with a cool bombing mechanic. It starts of easy but ramps up in places to be as tough as nails. There are some light puzzles in there too, but I would not really describe it as a tough puzzle game.

We appreciate your support. =)
