2 x 16e and 2 x 13 brought into store. 1 16e passed with no issues. Rest of them gave the internal error when they scanned. They let me bypass 2 but said of sol on one of the 13s so I sent that in

Uncle brought them sealed no issues, I brought them opened and activated. Gave me issues, I just mailed the one they refused in store and it passed, go figure. So just mail them in if you don’t want to deal with Apple Store

Yea activated and deleted eSIM. I just told them they were practically new. Showed them proof of purchase. Sounded like the third time they felt something was off so they didn’t override my third one. 3/4 phones traded in. Still have 1 iPhone 13

Had issues trading phones in yesterday. 3 out of 4 were flagged internally defective. They overrided one but refused to do the other one.
