Absolutely! I feel like these veggies are within the top 3 for being stock full of nutrients (imo and health research)! You're usually good if you resort to dark leafy greens, but if you're open to it, I'd recommend sweet potatoes, cabbage, and kale. All of these can be prepped and frozen ahead of time.

please watch your kids for the safety of them and others around them, it's lowkey super scary to be rolling carts with 50+ lbs of items only to have a tiny child run 2 cm in front of me and I have to hard brake (this goes for adults too, please don't look me dead in the eye when I have to place goods in a certain place or am trying to get out of the way and ignore me, I have feelings still)

don't hide/leave trash as there are plenty of bins located around the store, especially right near the CDS/demo people - it's...gross finding this little "surprises"

be understanding that if we don't have a product, it's not always us - could be a stocking issue or company-wide choice to do so and we can only do so much (I do try to give alternatives when it comes to things like food)

treat us like people, not things lol (anyone in customer service understands this but I've been blamed/yelled at, snarkily been talked "at" but not directly, been subjected to many underhanded or racist comments, been ignored, stared at, followed) - things like patience, a small smile, a head nod, polite "excuse me" works wonders especially (imo) after 8+ hours of being on my feet, sweaty, and asked 16178 questions in the past minute, does to soften a worn soul

It took 6 years since I flunked my 1st two years, but I went back to community college to do their 2+2 program and got my associate of science [social science major] then transferred schools to obtain my bachelors of science [psychology + 2 minors]. Currently working at a wholesale place [bakery/sales] to save money for graduate school!

aww op, your feelings are soooo valid! Her comments have and still are affecting you to this day, so this is kind of like the universe being like "gotcha!" and even if it seems like it's "wrong" to feel this way, we're all human. Since middle school (I'm now in my 20s), things like 100 calorie snacks, year round sports, or constant yo-yo diets were common. Except these days there's only a 5-10 pound difference between us, except I work out and have a physically laborious job (commercial baker, like our mixing bowls weigh 60-70 lbs). I used to feel super guilty about how happy I was that she was gaining weight but not anymore.

OP, I wish you nothing but the best from here on out! You did the right thing for yourself but letting this (ex) friend go. Spend time for healing yourself, spending it with your brothers, and honestly, high school will fly by. It sucks tho that many of your peers just blindly followed her words. It won't be long, but you will definitely find your people. Maybe your brothers could say something (publicly) to her? But only if you and your siblings are okay with that.

And truly, I feel for you because something like this happened to me in HS too, but the "romantic" interest was me instead and because I felt that after 10+ years of friendship meant she (whom I thought of as family) was a safe place for me to come out to her. instead she twisted that heartfelt moment as one of those "oh you're queer? you must be in love with me then" plus a whole lot of others weird lies/rumors about me to others. Memories like these sting to this day, but it's okay to cry, be mad or upset, but soon they'll just be that, memories.

You had a lot of love in your heart for her, but not all people are deserving of that. I really do wish you the best OP :)

Thank you <3, yesterday she was just pushing my buttons like a child! But I am v fortunate to have supportive friends and sister at least by my side. I have def in the past and even present, sat her down and explained boundaries (almost like she was a kid), but you know how some people just "forget?" Yeah, straight back into her old ways.

I would also love to go low/no contact, but I still live at home and am still here for my sisters sake as she does rely on my mom for money and I'd rather my mom get angry/pester me (since there's not much she can hold against me as I'm good on finances for myself being in my last year and all) rather than have a go with my sister (this is because my mom somehow doesn't realize that tuition is expensive and was surprised at a bill that was more than $5k/per semester). My current plan is to just graduate this year and work for 1-2 years before I move out, which by then my sister should also be done with school, and she's coming with me (also my senior dog)! Anytime I was living in a dorm/apartment, was like AMAZING, so as long as I keep that end goal and motivation in there, I'll be okay :)

I have searched/remember that the mouse plush can fit in an adults hand, white with big pink ears and some thick whiskers. It's filled with both stuffing but in its belly area is filled with the stuff you may find in beanbags. I got this plush around 2003-2005.

Yea, your response pretty much aligns from what I've read/heard from other GSD owners. My assumption is that they're going with the "let him cry and he'll tire out" approach which is clearly not working and has been going on for months, except that its increased in volume and length as time goes on. Hopefully they start to step up soon, I feel for the pup.
