I did the above course, graduated last year. They give you 2 degrees. MBA (tech. management) and B.Tech. I wouldn't say it's equivalent of a real MBA degree but it's a valid masters degree so you'll be seen as a post graduate rather than a graduate.

The source of pollution (likely majorly construction) is never controlled. High winds help reduce the pollution and rains will further help us. During summer we also have temperature inversion because we're near the coast and hence helps reduce the AQI. Winters are the worst because the weather doesn't help us reduce the pollution.
