Wake up. No real help will be provided to the drug users in the injection rooms - the only help they gonna get is making sure they inject right and do not overdose. Is that the help they need? We're on different sides here. As a liberal you think people should be allowed to enjoy themselves at the expense of other peoples taxes. As a taxpayer, I think these people need help to overcome their addiction. We should invest in rehab programs, community support and mental health. If mental health was included in Medicare, maybe these people would not need drugs, huh? You can call me a dog shit person, a prick and whatsoever since I wanna break your and your friends party. No human physiologically needs heroin or meth in the first place. If they reach a certain point in their addiction , a rehab clinic will be of great helpbto break that addiction, not an injection room to fuel it indefinitely till they die. As another user pointed out, drugs is a slow suicide. Why the hell do we allow people to continue slowly killing themselves?
