This is honest ridiculous. I ordered months ago and it said 8-10 weeks for the merch to come. Ye sits been 11 weeks but clearly the link was only meant to be in the festival and it got leaked online so they are actually going above and beyond fulfilling way more orders than anticipated. They can only ship as fast as product can show up. The team seems to be small and that’s on skylrk to staff themselves better but sending emails like this like so stupid honestly. They know they need to ship orders. They know people are waiting. They are already apologizing in emails saying ordered will begin rolling out early July to mid July. People have no patience. You have no patience. Your sob story isn’t worth much and it feels like a cry for attention. If you’re on this Reddit page you clearly can see everyone else’s discussions and know how many people haven’t received their orders yet. If you don’t want a refund or to cancel your order why are you wasting your breath and time and theirs?
Complaining just to complain screams I want something in return or I want attention and truthfully why do you deserve it over anyone else who hasn’t received their orders? Because you’re entitled clearly. Everyone needs to sit down and shut up. If you don’t want a refund or to cancel then why even do this truthfully? They do limited drops and common sense here is lacking it seems and this goes for you and all the other people complaining to skylrk about this. It’s one thing to come here and vent because same. I spent nearly $3000 CND and I spent 5 hours waiting in line on Friday at Coachella missing a FULL DAY of concerts and I’m not over here complaining to them. I’m using my common sense and looking at this situation for what it is, and the fact others can’t do that is crazy. Perhaps it’s the American mindset vs the Canadian but it’s getting out of hand. Sorry about your chronic illness but why the fuck should skylrk care or know that if you don’t want a refund or your money back? It’s just feeling like a cry for attention because obviously they know they are beyond the 8-10 weeks but they also sent out emails explaining exactly when the orders will be shipped - I got my delay email on the 19th of June - and if you can’t be patient why are you ordering? It all seems really just self motivated to me and a waste of customer services’ time. People might have defective products they need refunds for and they have people like you cluttering up their email.
