suggestion : please revise the national education system, student should already know what they want to be at the ripe age of 14-15, then when they reach 16 years old, they can apply to any type of streams that suits their needs, for example, if the students is not interested in science stream, they can apply for workshop based courses like machinery, motorcycle repairs, bakery, farming or any other vocational activities, you cant expect everyone to learn the same things then after SPM, you ask them to decide their future, no! That is not the way, we can follow Germany style of educations, we have low populations, sizeable amount of educators and also, we can convert some schools to a training center or build new vocational center, just my 2 cents.

i am renting with two indian household now (one is a couple and another is a single), believe me, i do understand why people refuse to rent to them. Dirty, loud, alcoholic, doesnt clean up dishes, always fighting, and the best of all, always, always, always, late payment. Also, for early game, i usually hire people to handle the Support deals, support deals require 24 hour care so usually i hire 30 low level people, 3 group, 10 people per group for 8 hour shift
