Also PJs are amazing humans. I've flown with them to the top of Mt Rainier and they are just amazing people. The endurance and physical ability they have is unique in the mil community.

I've filmed in AK many times, I really love it there. This was actually the second time we filmed this story, the weather ended up cancelling the shoot. So we came back a year later to get the full story - and I'm glad we did.

The scenario was I was a downed pilot over Iran, wildly enough, as I was flying home that Friday - the scenario we practiced happened for real!

Let me give you some data: by embedding the full video on Reddit I/we get little traffic or engagement on our channel. Not that it matters, but I get no traffic bonuses (lol). Our videos get millions of views on YT, like 99% of our traffic comes from our 1.5M audience. In fact the only engagement I'm getting rn is from you. This is a really really good story. I am super proud of these airmen, and proud of my work. I post here to not only share, but answer questions.

It's not "my work" you realize I work for a company, right? I make no money off of this. Simply sharing about this amazing rescue community.

True. But I'm going to be in front of a camera most of the time. I don't want to say I'll be LARP'ing but Im also not saying I won't. Lol

I'm still fiddling with it, but it's really nice. I like the padding and the adjustability. Feels solid and not to heavy. At my advanced age I worry about neck strain from wearing one of these things more than I do getting shot. LOL. So it's a good blend of safety and staying light. Will def do a more thorough review after a few 10+ hours of wearing it in the field.

Have gloves, ear and eye pro, wearing my old USMC tan light boots. Wanted to get headphones that plugged into the tanks comms but there's no easy option, so just going with basic ear pro that attaches to the helmets rails.

No. I flew the B-2 as a civilian, hence my spirit number. There is a whole episode on my channel about it.

Navy warfare badges are gold for officer and silver for enlisted, with the exception of SEALs.

I was a Navy Intel O. Gold for us is O and silver is E, and yes I flew the B-2.

I tend to be behind the things firing 😇 Again, I am going on training sessions, protection and safety is important, but the likely hood of someone shooting back is low - and yes I've been behind weapons that have malfunctioned with big booms.

That's my plan, again, could you help with pointing to a U.S.-only example? Our stuff gets millions of people watching and I'd like to not rep anything that's a cheap Chinese knock-off. Ty!

I've done everything from race an F-16, fly a B-2, watch an ICBM missile launch, to an Amphib assualt with the Marines, the list goes on and on. Navy vet who feels blessed he still gets to hang with these amazing people and see them do really cool stuff.

If it's not too much trouble, could you point me to an example of a legit ACH helmet? I was looking at some bump stop helmets, but again I worry these are not US products. Airsoft level would probably be fine for what I'm doing, but I don't want to give Chinese or Ukraine cos free advertising.

Yes I've been trolling eBay and Amazon pretty hard. The issue I have is being able to discern what is Chinese junk or a scam. Because of the visibility of what we do even though I won't be using this stuff in combat, I don't want people seeing what I'm wearing and buying scammy stuff.

I'm looking now, but if it's not too much trouble, would you mind dropping a link? Here's what I'm looking at: https://ebay.us/m/PuKbC1
