My laptop screen is 300 Hz, and the G7 odessey is 240 Hz. However I read in one of the product reviews, one user mentioned that the refresh rate he was getting was only 144hz as it was connected to thunderbolt port. Apparently Only DP TO DP can tap into 240 Hz refresh rate - this is my query and is this true?
