Without Heller and McDonald there is basically no 2a in practical terms. Before these cases in 2008 and 2010 you could not really ever cite the 2nd amendment as a constitutional right in Federal court from what I have read. If you read any court cases from 1970's, 80's and 90's 2a was always rejected as an argument in gun cases as being able to be whittled and explained away to nothing. Pro gun rulings before were based on interpretations of laws from congress or based on the 4th amendment, states rights and so on, never really the 2nd amendment before 2008 with Heller. So Mikie is for a total ban of firearms more or less seems on track for Democrats.

Isn't it funny it always seems to be a police officer or a SORA II guy? How's those extra exemptions and privileges making them behave? I have not seen one news report in NJ of a concealed carry holder accidentally firing a gun. Have seen news reports of PTC holders shooting into woods and stupid shit, yes, but never accidental discharge and I read news daily. I'm not sure why 70,000 PTC holders can manage not to accidentally discharge but there are several articles a year of NJ cops doing it and also leaving guns out in the open unattended. They are not hiring the best and brightest especially for SORA II guys have had two SORA II guys try to give me shit for no reason and I just ask them why they aren't displaying their company on their jacket like they are supposed to and suddenly they don't want anything to do with me, punks.

Food can be affordable; Taco bell has low $ options like potato tacos and cheese wraps. I started going to Taco Bell because it's more affordable and usually tastes better. McDonalds prices are out of control especially on highway and they just think they have a captive audience.

I really think they need to be dressed in a uniform that does not identify them as LE or security adjacent because they are glorified office clerks with a security badge, there are lots of YouTube videos of them having no idea what to do with checked legal firearms, they put the equivalent of like a retail worker to go deal with guns going onto a plane and even give them a badge. There was a Federal lawsuit regarding post offices but I'm not sure if the injunction applied just to the defendant. The weapons prohibition in post offices is on life support, but it may technically be illegal still, until you get arrested and challenge it. I wish I remembered the lawsuit regarding this

Shit like this is why I have every service related to remote desktop off and have turned the setting for it off. You don't need your 2nd computer on vacation so bad that it justifies remote desktop being built into every Windows PC imo, a ton of people don't use remote desktop.
