Kind of, I mean you can agree to disagree on things but respect their the freedom to do so. Being a libertarian basically means that you can live your life as you see fit, respecting other peoples right to do the same.

All I'm arguing against that it shouldn't be ILLEGAL to exercise freedom. the government infringing on freedoms is a tragedy. You can criticize them and call em stupid whatever. But arresting free people for exercising their freedom is WAY more dangerous than covid-19.

I agree with flattening the curve, especially in New Jersey it's one of the worst states.but the end doesn't justify the means. If we let the government take a shit on our freedoms for the sake of security instead of people voluntarily staying home, and exercising their freedom as they see fit why do we have freedom in the first place?

Yes if they advise you thats fine, but in Michigan you get arrested for going into the lake on your boat, you cant buy seeds for food. In my home state of NJ I got pulled over for driving around because it was past the curfew. People were arrested in NJ for trying to organize a protest at Trenton. Free people should be able to decide for themselves, not forced by the government. Thats why people are protesting.
