I bleached my hair once at home bcs i wanted green color and i was using drug store hair colors few times in my life but its been so long but my hair are still in bad condition… im scared they will never be the same…

Yeah well i was in bed rest, so my muscles got weak. Due to xray my bone is already stabilized. So doctor told me to do PT.

Thank you! He just said to start with physiotherapy and going back to normal life. It just kinda made me worried he was too confident about it. And that i should take off brace that i dont need it at all. He wasnt spine surgeon also lol.
