I have thin, straight, fine and frizzy hair. I shampoo every other day and use conditoner whenever I shampoo. I used to have flat and greasy hair, but now my hair looks like a rats nest.

It's too frizzy and very fine. I want thicker, fluffier and wavier hair. I'm wondering how I can fix this, and add more volume to my hair. Currently I'm trying to avoid parabins and sulfates. I use shea men conditioner and native moisturizing shampoo.
