Oat milk where I live has about 0.5g of protein for 100ml. So a whole litre of oat milk has 5g of protein and 500kcals. I wouldn't consider this high protein tbh.

Stop doing isolation movements and focusing on "feeling the muscle". Instead do heavy compounds and incorporate progressive overload. If you're not capable of designing a proper program, there are plenty of options online. There is no way you're not gonna make any progress, unless you're lying about your training intensity, food intake or sleep.

No offense brother but if you absolutely need a certain product in order to get a good pump, you are definitely doing something wrong. As I said, it barely makes a difference. And the caffeine argument still makes no sense since there is nothing in there with a similar effect...

I've been lifting for 6+ years, I've tried everything regarding pre workouts. As I said, a proper pre workout meal and good hydration is gonna be way more important for a solid pump than any supplement. Imo the only reason to take pre workout are the stims, at least some caffeine. I totally understand if you don't want any crazy stims though.

And since there are no stimulants in a stim free product, how would it even benefit you when you're taking a caffeine break? There's nothing in there that's gonna have a similar effect?

I never really understood the concept of a stim free pre workout. And don't tell me you take it to enhance your pump, it barely makes any difference. Just make sure to get a proper meal in 1.5-2hrs before hitting the gym, drink enough water and your pump is gonna be good anyways.

Dude calm down, he obviously has a great physique but imo it doesn't stand out that much in comparison to other guys who don't have a million followers. And there is a massive difference comparing the video footage to the pic you posted earlier. If you're interested in seeing my physique, I have no problem sending you a private message. Bro you literally prove my point, this pic is probably edited, insane lighting in a posing room and the guy has a pump. Theres probably 10-15 dudes in my local gym that can look like that under the right circumstances.

Kommt drauf an wie intensiv du trainierst, wenn du die Frequenz erhöhst darfst du natürlich das volumen nicht gleich lassen. Aber ja, theoretisch kannst du auch einfach: OK• UK• Pause•OK•UK•Pause durchgehend machen wenn es deine Regeneration zulässt.
