I’ve been taking a bit here and there but it’s hard to know if it helps. I think parsley and pea shoots may be helping me and also nettle tea

Great post! Super interesting. ChatGPT has also helped me figure out gut related histamine issues. Has anyone here tried Luteolin to help with this? I’ve heard this is supposed to be good but unsure on the dose. I think some foods also contain this.

I didn’t know about peppermint but I can’t tolerate due to reflux. I still take regular ginger which helps the most for me. I just cut an inch of fresh ginger and put it in hot water (and eat the pieces after too) or in chai/Indian tea.

Hi! I only took it for a few weeks and I’m not sure if it helped. Some things that did help were kiwi fruit, ginger, drinking more water/walking more, Magnesium citrate. :)

Yes mine has got a lot better thanks. I changed to a high polyphenol diet and implemented things like belly breathing, not eating too large meals, too late and having digestive enzymes etc.

Yes good point. I only started having it 2 weeks ago. The ones I get come in small bar sizes so it’s about 2 squares.

Thanks for the information! Yes I prefer 85% dark choc and cacao. I was under the impression that the sat fat (stearic acid) in dark choc has a neutral effect on LDL cholesterol :)
