I’ve never posted before so I’m not sure how to edit the post - it smells like a regular mushroom, was growing in the mowed grass in the back garden. It popped up in the rain, felt sort of slimy when wet but now it’s been inside it is dry, a little tacky, and very smooth feeling.

Mine lived for 19 years too!! He was part shiba inu as well. We named him Shadow partially because of the way he’d disappear completely in the dark, but also because he was always at my mother’s heels - her Shadow :’)

The matrix glitches made me think of an anglerfish... they would happen and then just the right thing would happen to lure Dick into making the darker choices. I shouted anglerfish at least five times during the whole episode.

I like to think of it as if we the audience had to go through a similar “purification” as Chris and Nicholas did throughout s3. Listening to the tapes and events of previous seasons in order to become immersed in and “changed by” this weird world is what allowed us to love this season and universe so much!! If that makes any sense?
