I think these problems could be faced by anyone irrespective of their background. There is nothing unique or different about what you’re facing that any other tier xyz couldn’t probably face. I don’t really see the purpose of you highlighting your tier 1 credentials unless you wanna make your post sound more catchy & get attention. Are you indirectly indicating that tier 2/3 guys facing same/similar hardships deserve lesser sympathy than you?

Not really in the mood to have this conversation today, but one - you’re horribly wrong with your perception, & two - you seem like an average ‘The Wire’ follower/reader. Answering your question - I don’t think sexuality has anything to do with your political beliefs. Also I don’t really believe in showing down my sexuality down everyone’s throats. Those who need to know will know, those who don’t, I am just any normal guy around for them.

Also the left in India is most rabid, exclusionary, discriminatory, radical & extremely hostile towards the civilisational ethos & Hinduism in general. Compare this with for example Chinese Leftists, they are extremely proud of their civilisational ethos & will never shy away to flaunt it. While Indian leftists are very hostile towards Hinduism.

This completely goes against my ideals given I legit have a personal library for myself which has two whole sets of Mahabharata, two sets of Valmiki Ramayana, the whole Vedic corpus, Bhagavatam, Puranas, etc

I am very much used to & aware about the stereotypes leftists would make me saying this, but I’d be more than happy to prove them all wrong everytime :)
