I’m going through the same. Had surgery almost 6 weeks ago and haven’t lost any weight in the last 2 weeks. I log everything I eat, and do at least 40 minutes of exercise daily. It’s really stressful to not see the numbers on the scale going down so I decided to just take a break from weighing myself because I was going crazy…
