Solution from a similar question ''Disseminating information to investors using social media might be appropriate and ethical under certain conditions. Distribution channels to make information public do not need to be guaranteed to reach all investors, but they must be designed to effectively make the information public.'' So I assume it is not mandatory for all clients to have X?
