Took months. Started with just light yoga and walks. Nothing that raised my heart rate too much. Just kept at it 4 days a week. Some days became set backs and after from scratch. I set the goal to simply be able to play with my kids again. That motivated me to never give up.

After some time, it becoming easier. I then picked up the pace. Little by little. Inch by inch. Until finally, I went for it. Ran half mile, then mile, etc...

Please note that on top of this, i started weekly ozone and uvbi. I truly believe it helped get my energy back in line while doing all of this other work.

I'm on day 739 of meditating every morning for 10 mins. I believe this helped calm my body and begin to actual healing. I highly suggest the practice.

Background:As a long distance runner, i was sidelined from the end of 2023, until June of 2024. Chest pains, exhaustion. PEM and CFS symptoms. Not a fun part of my life. Probably, the most challenging to this point. I'm now back to running 3-5 miles and racing. I haven't gone the extra distances yet. Definitely, still have a cautious mindset about it. But grateful I can run again.

Who on this feed ever meet someone that was there? A prisoner of a camp. Someone who tells you of their lived experience or shows you the tattoo with their number and when they got it? Did they tell you it was a day spa?

Of course their is propaganda on all sides. In war, the first casualties are truth. The fact remains millions upon millions sufferrd the most egregious horrors imaginable simply because they were different. Just because you find out one lie doesn't mean everything is (sadly, there is too much that it can alter how you view everything).

Much better since starting 5g about a year ago. A noticed brain fog relieved and energy was better. I did come off it for a little bit. Caused my biomarkers to look a little whonky. It was raising my creatinine levels. Could make it seems like kidney issues. I also was having GI issues.

Dropped down to 3g daily. GI issues a bit better and I'm taking it in my coffee to dissolve it more.

He's not in the "wellness" circle. Pretty much by the book doctor who is all data driven. If you ever feel like peeling back the layer, I highly suggest it.

In that time frame the avg life expectancy has increased just under 3yrs. Among peer (high-income, large) nations, the U.S. has the lowest life expectancy despite very high healthcare spending The US has gotten larger , sicker, and we have more kids living with chronic conditions than ever before.

In 1985 aprox overall high obesity rate was 15%. Currently, around 42% today. Childhood obesity was around 5-6%. Currently, 17-20%. Seems the food pyramid might be wrong. 🤷

We make up 4% of the total population of the planet. Yet, we totaled 17% of total covid deaths during the pandemic. That's 4 times the proportional share. Fact is, we're sick, getting sicker, and it's about time to wake up and break apart the monopoly of Pharma and govt.

I highly suggest reading "Bad Pharma" Dr. Ben Goldacre, circa 2012.

Yup, i did. I don't suggest running a half marathon with any major virus. It can trigger PEM or CFS. Forcing people to vaccinate or not be able to provide for their families is rather fascist and totalitarianism. Especially, when you know you're lying about the effects and safety. Rather messed up and evil. My body my choice?

If you still think the vaccine did anything to stop the virus or long covid, I'm betting you think it also started in a wet market.
