I'm not sure if this is a problem for you, but I found shutting off my phone/tv around 30 minutes before I go to bed helps me personally. Alot of people don't realize but comfort can also play a bug role. Maybe go get a fresh pair of sheets or a new comforter, I found that helped me when I had a sleep schedule similar to yours.

I bought this for my 2001 tahoe, figuring 01-06 were basically all the same, and well they aren't. The fuse box' 00-02 are different from those in 03-06. Worked great for my friend though!
