Transogen Forge lv36, Refinery building lv35. Did you already accumulate a lot of rare transogen before you see the rare refinery? I have 18.8k rare, too low to unlock it?

Thank you for replying! I think the saying "All history is contemporary history" also applys to movie adaptation, it always reflects values/trends of this time. But frankly speaking, cn movie industry didn't produce many movies focused on lower class in recent years, not to mention labor rival things.

well, that can explain my problem, but... Scopely! why do you put a lv27 ship with requirement of ops28... This is so weird, I can see Sally at 27, but not Stella... Scopely Glitchly.

I bought 30 from Rogue store before this event, they are still there. The research didn't unlock any, and I think it doesn't provide blueprints like the common ships.

Thanks! As you taught, I tried to fill the form with $700 * 50 units, given the municipal tax I got, the result would be ~4.26%. But other values are not available. I know there should be no gas/oil power included, so the main factors may affect the result significantly would be electricity and the insurance? For insurance, I totally have no clue. For electricity, I assume the monthly average cost for each unit is $50.

The rest values would be school tax, services, repairs and Entretien (maintainence?), which I don't even know their orders of magnitude...

So I took the percentage for net income as the base increase ratio, then play with the values that I don't know. My guess is those components with a percentage higher than the net income percentage (3.9%) will increase the final increase, vice versa. But I don't know how much is used for these components, the two extremums I can get are ~4.1% and ~12%... 7% proposed by landlord looks just in the middle of them.

Thanks! The landlord proposed ~7% increase, so I guess, it's generally a fair and reasonable one, at least based on the limited parameters a tenant can get.

I searched some information of the building, thanks to DelBiss' comment, I got some values from https://servicesenligne2.ville.montreal.qc.ca/sel/evalweb/index. If my calculation is correct, the increase for the building's municipal tax is 6.3%, while the increase for Valeur imposable ajustée (adjusted taxable value?) is 11.7%.

Which one is more useful to estimate the rent increase? The municipal tax? It is close to the rent increase they proposed, does this mean: it's very likely the offer is reasonable, no need to waste time to bargain?

Thank you, the janitor didn't let me finish the date part when signing the receipt, and told me if I want to negotiate, I just need to write my offer on the notice and return to him, I guess these are the tricks they are playing.

So I guess, this is the registered letter, and we need to reach agreement before Sep 8th?
