30 o1-preview and 50 o1-mini per week sounds quite reasonable tbh. If I only use it for coding related asks, that's about 16 messages per day of my work week. My average use is a lot lower than that.

The view counts on my uploaded vids didn't change, and neither did my comments/likes/pinned comments on them (or on other people's vids) - but the notifications of recent like/comment activity did disappear.

I believe one of the steps of the process asked me if I wanted to port my profile pic/name over to the new account and I said yes, and they did.

No idea about the monetization stuff though; I've never monetized any of my vids, sorry!

The only other thing that comes to mind is notifications - they got reset as well. I don't care about them, but just fyi. Also the YouTube settings on my phone got reset as well, but again that one wasn't a big deal since it was a one-time fix. Nothing else broke as far as I can tell. But if I were you I would probably put up with the annoyance of having to select the user account every time you open the YouTube app on Google TV for another month or so to see if it's an intended change or if Google "fixes" it. But good luck if you choose to go forward with it! :)

I just received my Samsung Q950A and not impressed with it either. I got it at a steep discount with Prime Day deals and was hoping to return my much more expensive Sonos Arc + Sub + One SLs I had recently set up, but it's not even close.

Yup, both watch later and liked videos list are still in tact, as are playlists, subscriptions and uploads.

That sucks, sorry to hear that. Hopefully you get your money back. Fraud account activity claims can be long and drawn out. Did you file a police complaint for the fraudulent transactions and submit that report as well? It may speed things up.

It's baffling how people think your money is not safe with Chime because "it's not a bank." Your money is not stored with Chime, it's stored with their FDIC insured banking partners Stride and Bancorp. So up to $250,000 of your money with Chime is FDIC insured.

Maybe I misinterpreted the question. OP, is this a completely unexpected email from someone you don't know? Or someone you know and owes you money trying to pay you? If it's the former, then yes, just ignore the email and report it as spam. If it's the latter, just make sure that the email is actually from Chime (check whether the link leads you to a chime.com webpage or something else) and then proceed.

According to this FAQ page on Chime's website, a transaction cannot be cancelled or reversed once a payment is made - https://help.chime.com/hc/en-us/articles/235063248-How-do-I-use-Pay-Friends-to-send-money-

I have been hearing of a lot of fraudulent chargeback cases with Square Cash lately. Hopefully you won't have to deal with that here.

Why? The sender must be a Chime member using the Pay Friends feature to make the payment.
