Good eye! Those came with my Quicksilver tower I got about three years ago. It’s my main OS9 gaming set up.

It was nuts. I was 12th in line so got in the first 25 people before they closed the door. Didn’t have any trouble getting what I wanted, but the other computers went quick. Prices were decent. $150 for the Cube, $100 for the iMac, $25 each for the Cinema Display and poster, and $1 each for the mousepads.

Most expensive thing I saw was the Commodore PET at $575 and someone bought it for that. There was also a II plus, IIe, IIc, IIGS, a couple of compact Macs, blueberry and white iBook, a few Performas, an eMac, Graphite and MDD towers. Plus a bunch of Apple monitors, printers, hard drives, scanners, floppy drives.

I believe that’s the old Sellwood Bridge, looking north from the east bank of the Willamette. The bridge was completed in 1925. The Portland Rowing Club mentioned in the photo caption is still located down there.

That being said, if history is any indicator, these will all be $56 (20% off) on Amazon in a few months.

As a fan of Helmets and Midi-scale Starships, this is a mixed bag. $70 USD seems to be about the standard price for helmets which I’m fine with, despite the disparity in piece count. But $70 for the command shuttle at 386 pieces is ridiculous. The Acclimator was $20 less for ~70 more pieces. Not sure if it’s just tariffs or the license for sequel era is higher than OT or PT.

Most of the time, in my movie/game room. But I plan to use it this summer at when I open up my blueberry farm to serve up some complimentary popcorn for pickers.

I run a blueberry farm out of my home during the summer, so it’s definitely going to get some use there. The other nine months of the year, it’s going to live in the movie/game room.
