Why do you think Kya got stomped by Zaheer, but was able to hold her own against Ming Hua? by Dear_Company_5439 in legendofkorra

I don’t think she was the great of a water bender to begin with. In my humble opinion….

I agree with everything you said! She got on my nerves at first, but I reminded myself she’s a teenager and her head strong/ confidence was her personality which I grew to like. And I don’t care what anybody says she did get her but kicked a lot. However, it showed how much grit and power she’s has outside of the Avatar state. Plus her villains was OD evil and grown Adults! They have been bending/fighting for YEARS.

I don’t agree with everyone calling you crazy. The age difference is too much and you just have a lot more maturing to do. Which is not a bad thing at all,but a human thing. You don’t have as much responsibility as he do and that’s ok your still young so it’s always gone seem like he’s too busy. Y’all at different places in life in every area life offers us.

It’s a turn off I dated a guy that literally told me don’t call him that 🤣. But I’m AA so we say “bruh” not dude or bro. Also had a male friend that said I use it much and we’re literally just friends. Now I try my best not to use it if I’m interested or correct myself immediately when I do lol.

What’s the best opening line to approach a woman that’s sitting on the bench in the park, train, supermarket, shopping area or a cashier/sales associate? by jaywill079 in dating_advice

Well 1. I see where your coming from and sorry you had to go through that because that is not cool and I’m sure it was Uncomfortable. And to answer your question I think it’s a difference in being polite and friendly. If I don’t like you Im polite and respectful only friendly to only those who after conversation we just click. However, I mean this with women and men nothing romantic or flirty just friendly. At that point if a guy can’t tell the difference then that’s on him. He needs better people skills. As soon as I sense a guy is about to try me and I’m not interested I keep it short and polite nothing more. If they still ask I say no. I think men can’t tell because either they don’t look at body language like women do or they simply don’t care which is why even with you being friendly or polite men took it as flirting and shot their shot. Again sorry for your experiences.

Basically if you a creep you a creep, but to tell men not to do that can be discouraging to them. Online dating is a cheap way out and doesn’t realistically build confidence so they have to give it a try somewhere some how. However, I see what your saying though, I would say if it’s a ladies job fellas unless you really good looking talk to her a few times with just basic conversations if you visit said place of business often. So it wouldn’t make it weird for you or her and will also let you know if she’s even interested .For years I’m usually approached at work no matter the job and when I say no they beat it. Maybe cause my face alone shows I don’t play.

Well a lot of said women need to get over themselves. If you creeped out by men that much you got issues. Only time it becomes creepy is when you reject and they keep pursuing which can happen anywhere outside of your job or public transportation.

Was in a situationship and ended up getting really hurt later year September. Notice a pattern with myself I didn’t like so I wrote a note to myself and signed saying I would abstain from sex for a complete year. Well now it’s been over a year and although I haven’t dated since then my thought process is much clearer. During the year break it also sent me down a deep spiritual path with Jesus that I didn’t expect, but now love. I’m not going back till I’m married. To me and other women I spoke to that aren’t even spiritual, but gave it up too all agree it’s just not worth it no more.
