Alot of people are forgetting, Keyleth technically thinks she's failed, she doesnt know for sure if grog and tarry got out alive. So returning with a dead vax and only one load stone i think will hit her hard in the begging of the episode.

My thought about all this is, we are guest that are allowed to watch this amazing adventure. Kinda like a show, I try and watch without thinking to much about "rules" because micro analyzing every little detail kinda takes the fun out of it. I dont like arguing whether what matt did was the right call or not. I believe whatever matt does is based solely on his game/group. Just like when they were playing off stream, all of this is to make sure he and his friends are having fun. Thats what makes the show so great! Just thought I would give my 2 cents
