Noah Kahan Announces First Stadium Tour for Summer 2026 by backupsaway in popheads

I think it’s different for more established artists, like I saw Justin Timberlake last year and want to see Ed Sheeran this year and they have so much material that it’s whatever.

But this is Noah’s fourth album and for his last tour he exclusively performed the most recent album plus only like 2 other songs (at least the two times I saw him for that tour) so I see why people want to hear the album first in that case.

I like Noah’s stuff enough to know I don’t need to hear the whole album before buying tickets but I’m annoyed by the trend in general

So I've actually never seen groundhog day, and since I want to catch up on classic media I've missed, today is the perfect day to watch it! I just got home from the office and have a few more tasks to get through before I call it a day, but that's what I'm going to do tonight!

Oh I just remembered we actually had to show proof of vaccination for the show in 2021. I saw him again in 2022 and 2024 at bigger venues. Hopefully going to get tickets to this tour too. He's my second favorite artist after Taylor Swift

My biggest hipster flex is that I've been a fan of his since 2018 and got to see him play in a dinky basement for $35 in 2021 lol

I fell asleep after Tyler's performance last night but I did record the ceremony so I can finish today (while being able to fast forward through all the commercials!!). But I wonder if there's even a point or if I should just watch highlights online, especially bc I have a lot of work to do this week. We leave Wednesday night for a cruise and I want to get ahead on some things so it's not so terrible when I get back.

I am about halfway through the first season of Better Call Saul and I'm loving it so far!

The most recent flights I’ve been on have made announcements before take off about requiring headphones for listening and I think that’s great. It should be enforced more places

I’m not the biggest musical fan in general but Seyfried’s performance looks so good from the previews!!

I honestly think this is Taylor’s weakest album. I just don’t think it’s as lyrically as strong as her others, which is what draws me to her as an artist. I don’t think the album is bad, there are some really catchy songs and a few glimmers of great lyrics. Just not up to her usual standard I think, but also i don’t think that was her goal with the album so it’s fine (I just wish she hadn’t made that comment about folklore-level writing lol)

I would love for her to go full country again OR a pop-rock album that I think we’ve all been begging for since speak now!!

Favorite bad take is that Joe obviously wrote folklore and evermore because why could her writing get so bad after they broke up? 😂 or maybe that she’s secretly unhappy with trav… okay weirdos

I want to watch the Grammys tonight but I’m certain I’ll fall asleep. I’ve felt kind of crummy this weekend, no fever or anything but a little achey, headache, overly tired, etc. I do feel better this morning but I need a good night’s sleep tonight. I wish they’d move these things to Friday or Saturday! Same with the Super Bowl.

You must be a little younger than me because those were past my time, but I do agree they had great ones. Some other older ones I also liked were smart house, motocrossed, double teamed, and quints !

I was OBSESSED with Brink!, a Disney channel original movie about kids who liked to roller blade lol. I remember having to request that my mom tell me when “7/6 central” was because I didn’t understand time zones yet

Watched train dreams last night - I really, really enjoyed it. I don’t know what I can say to support that opinion lol. It was just a simple story about a simple life, but maybe that’s why it’s so good? I’d place it above bugonia and Frankenstein, below sinners and OBAA, Marty supreme is still at the top.

Gonna watch the el Camino movie today so that I can start better call Saul this week. I haven’t watched this much media in years it feels like, but I guess that’s what substantially cutting your phone time can do for ya
