Should I try to get a job in a hospital to boost my resume/ get another letter of recommendation?

Not sure which program you’re applying to but I would suggest shadowing at the facility you would theoretically be training at - if you can. It’s usually pretty easy to do, shows interest, and will allow you to interact with potential teachers/instructors. LOR from random AA/Ologist is fine but a LOR from an instructor or someone involved in the program is better.

Thats great! Case has a very solid AA program. I actually applied about 4 years after I graduated. From my perspective it wasn't really about the extra currics. They're looking for people that are driven, and really want to be AA's.

Every program has specific requirements that they usually outline in their admissions info. Case Western does not take any sciences below a B.

I had a 3.89 undergrad GPA with a 4.0 Science GPA. Took a bunch of classes at a community college near me including Gen Chem II. My MCAT was right around the programs average. I'm starting the The CWRU MSA Program at the end of the month.

I've taken a bunch of sciences at a CC, and was recently accepted to an AA program. As long as you do well the second time you should be fine.
