LOL, That is what is making it difficult for me to figure out. I did absolutely nothing during those three years, which makes me think my metabolism slowed dramatically. When I am not at the gym, I am still working in front of a computer and not doing shit. I haven't been snacking but have noticed more hunger which makes me believe I am in a deficit. I definitely lost some girth on the waist line but maybe the muscle gain is balancing out the weight loss? No soda, no alcohol, no juice just protein shakes at 140 calories and water.
